Good Vibrations
Good Vibrations is a new men’s health programme from Age NI aimed specifically at men aged 50 and over.
Funded by the Movember Foundation, it covers everything from planning towards your pension and retirement to seeking work-life balance as caring responsibilities develop or health issues occur.
The online Good Vibrations sessions are a chance for men over 50 to get together and learn how to improve their physical and mental health. The sessions offer expert tips and practical advice to help men of a certain age deal with life’s many ups and downs.
