The funds raised will help us support older people who are feeling isolated and alone at Christmas, and throughout the year. Simply fill out the form below (or at this link), and complete your donation at the link below (or at this link).
You can choose as many card designs as you'd like, with a suggested donation per card of £8.
Please note that all Christmas E-Card orders must be in by 12:00pm on Wednesday, 18 December.
