Age at Work Impact Report

We’re excited to share the Age at Work impact report, wrapping up this fantastic collaborative three-nation, age inclusion programme delivered by Business in the Community Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales, in partnership with Age NI, Age Scotland, Age Cymru, and funded by the National Lottery Community Fund.

Age at Work supported people over 50 to develop their skills and confidence to remain and return to work and offered a range of free initiatives, resources, and tools to help businesses become more age inclusive.

Over five years, the programme engaged 3,105 workers over 50 years of age and supported 274 employers to take action on age inclusion in their workplace.
